The Challenge
Northbeam’s dashboard tracked everything a finance team could need — and buried all of it. New users routinely gave up during onboarding, overwhelmed before they reached their first real insight.
The Approach
We rebuilt the interface around a single guided view: one number that matters most, with everything else a deliberate click away. Onboarding was rewritten as a five-minute guided setup instead of a settings form.
